All purchases are classified as "As Is". All clubs or accessories are deemed previously owned are presented and shipped as such.

Used clubs or demo equipment may only be returned if defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Return:
To start a return, contact our team at support@johnnys-birdie-golf.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return shipping label.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We’re happy to exchange items for store credit only.
